Cancellation Policy
50% of the service total will be charged as a cancellation fee for any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of scheduled time.
100% of the service total will be charged for any missed appointments where no communication is given from client to stylist.
Cancelling within 2 hours of scheduled appointment time will be subject to a fee of 100% of the service total.
